Role Overview: As a Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the prompt and accurate administration of payroll for our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data is entered into our UKG payroll system and effectively reporting payroll-related information to management.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing using the UKG system, ensuring accuracy and punctuality. Review timesheets, wage computation, and detect any discrepancies. Prepare reports detailing payroll, benefits, and deductions. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Address any payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficient in the use of UKG payroll software. Prior experience in a payroll role. Detail-oriented with strong numerical skill and data entry experience. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is an experienced detail oriented with a deep understanding of payroll systems, tax procedures, and is an expert user of UKG. A meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential qualities for this role.
