Robert Half International Tagalog Sales Support Coordinator (Bilingual) in Edina, Minnesota

MUST BE BILINGUAL TO BE CONSIDERED! In this position, you will act as the internal liaison at a Fortune 500 Healthcare company located in the SW metro area. Here, you will serve as the customer service resource for external producers relative to enrollment and policy questions, systems issues, and coordination of materials fulfillment. This position is both remote and onsite, so looking for candidate local to the Twin Cities ONLY.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handling in-bound phone calls professionally, while providing excellent customer service

• Document call resolution of each contact in various systems in a clear and concise manner

• Research and resolve sales agent’s questions relating to:

○ How to use self-service tools

○ Member concerns and questions

○ Insurance and coverage verification

○ Application status and eligibility

○ On-boarding and certification process

• Demonstrate the ability to provide a quality experience for all of our customers

• Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL in one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written)

• Strong computer skills are required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to learn new computer applications quickly and toggle between multiple systems

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a call center

• Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience

• Medicare knowledge

• Experience supporting a sales team or working with sales representatives

• Experience navigating a computer while speaking on the phone
