Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proven experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of percentage of completion accounting and experience in the construction industry highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor percentage of completion accounting methods to accurately reflect project profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize financial performance.
Provide strong supervision and leadership to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
