Description
A multi-practice regional law firm in Edmonds/Bothell is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their growing team.
The base salary range for this position is 120k-160k DOE with additional uncapped bonus earnings tied to personal revenue collected at 20%. Attorneys can anticipate 6-figure end-of-year bonuses if they meet the billable requirement of 1680. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance (all 100% paid premiums by the firm); participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% match and unlimited days of paid vacation, 1 hour of paid sick leave per 40 hours worked, and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.
Responsibilities:
Meets with clients and counsels them on their family law matters.
Conducts legal research.
Interprets laws and rulings.
Confers with colleagues with specialty in certain areas for optimal client outcomes.
Drafts all necessary legal documents relating to clients' cases in a timely and consistent manner.
Represent clients in court.
Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role, with some flexibility to work from home. We are a primarily in-office team and are not seeking fully remote candidates at this time.
There is a strong mentorship component from the Managing Partner

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in Family Law or a combination of Family Law and other civil litigation. We are open to candidates with out-of-state experience or those looking to relocate permanently.
Our practice mainly focuses on King and Snohomish counties.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials, research and writing skills
Actively barred, Washington preferred
A desire to practice Family Law
Skilled communication and empathy
