Description
We are seeking a proficient CPA or Tax Preparation Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The position involves preparation of 150 business and individual tax returns, including state returns, utilizing Pro Systems FX. The ideal candidate should be experienced, detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of tax law and preparation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review approximately 150 tax returns for businesses and individuals, including state returns.
Utilize Pro Systems FX for all tax-related tasks.
Assist clients in understanding and meeting their tax obligations and maximizing their tax benefits.
Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thoroughness in tax return preparations.
Resolve any tax-related issues and respond promptly to clients' queries.
Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or tax preparation specialist with at least 2-3 years of experience.
Demonstrable experience in business and individual tax return preparations.
Proficient in using Pro Systems FX.
In-depth knowledge of state and federal tax laws.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
