The full time Human Resource Manager will need experience in manufacturing of 5 plus years. Wi8ll be handling the training, onboarding of new hires, looking for ways to improve processes, forecast upcoming staffing needs, and build strong relationships throughout the plant. The Human Resource Manager will report to a Regional HR Director not based in our City. They are looking for a change agent to take the company to a new direction.
