Available Positions for 17 Customer Service Representatives!

Our client, a fully remote call center, is looking to hire 17 call center representatives on a temporary to hire basis. We are looking for candidates who enjoy inbound call center work and are available for various shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of call center/customer service experience. These roles are fully remote and we are looking for people who currently live in the following areas: North Carolina, Georgia, New Mexico, Texas, Indiana, Arkansas, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Pay rates range from $12.50-$14/hour with excellent benefits and career advancement opportunities.

  • Field and send written business correspondence

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    Requirements - Proven computer skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Call center experience desired

  • Call Center Customer Service experience preferred

  • Inbound Call Center experience preferred

  • Strong familiarity with Call Center Metrics

  • Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
