Description
We are in the search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk/Inventory Control Specialist to join our team based in El Paso, Texas. This role involves a focus on maintaining accurate customer and inventory records, processing customer credit applications, and managing customer inquiries in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.
• Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary action when required.
• Oversee and manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Maintain an efficient inventory management system, including ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Conduct daily reconciliations and reporting activities.
• Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, and Commercial Collections.
• Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.
• Ensure adherence to all industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
• Applicant must possess at least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must.
• Experience with Inventory Control- tracking a company's incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Demonstrable skills in Billing are required.
• The role requires proficiency in Cash Applications.
• The candidate should have experience in Cash Collections.
• Experience in Commercial Collections is necessary.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
• Candidates should have experience in working with ERP software
