Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to become a part of our team. The selected individual will be based in El Paso, Texas, and will be instrumental in coordinating data for our transportation team. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently perform data entry tasks, ensuring minimal errors and attention to details
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and solving problems
• Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage and organize files
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Work under pressure, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Utilize your bilingual skills to cater to a diverse range of customers
• Use your 10-key skills to perform calculations and other related tasks
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all communications
• Use scanning equipment to digitize physical documents and maintain an organized digital filing system
• Demonstrate proficiency in typing, ensuring fast and accurate input of information. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
• Experience in organizing and managing files
• Proficiency in using email for professional correspondence
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of scanning documents into digital formats
• Possession of 10 Key Skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
