Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in El Paso, Texas. The successful candidate will join our team and be responsible for a variety of financial tasks including cash forecasting, financial modeling, consolidations, and financial reporting. You will have the chance to influence financial strategies in our organization and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting thorough cash forecasting to aid in financial planning
• Building financial models to predict future financial scenarios
• Managing the process of consolidations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Providing reliable financial reports to support decision-making processes
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Asana to manage and present financial data
• Proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency
• Ensuring all financial operations comply with laws and regulations
• Assisting in the creation of strategic plans based on financial research data
• Continually learning about current industry trends and financial best practices. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling is a must
• Experience in Cash Forecasting is required
• Consolidations expertise is necessary for this role
• The candidate must have substantial experience in Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Familiarity with Asana project management software is a plus
• The candidate must have excellent communication and analytical skills
• The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field is required
• The candidate must have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• The candidate should be able to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
