2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- You will be a strong candidate if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Deep understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting
Demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting Functions
Recruiting Plans experience highly preferred
Solid understanding of Campus Recruiting
Recruiting Strategies experience highly valued
Background working with Recruiting Processes
Good understanding of Recruiting Techniques
Knowledge of Corporate Recruiting
Previous experience working with Volume Recruiting
Adeptness in Recruiting Events
Experience with Recruiting Efforts
Practical knowledge of recruiting personnel
General familiarity with Recruiting Initiatives
Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Activities
Earlier work involving Recruiting Sources
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
