Robert Half Inventory Clerk in El Paso, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a diligent Inventory Clerk in El Paso, Texas, United States. This role is in the healthcare industry and involves managing inventory and ensuring accurate stock counts within the hospital's automated system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing, distributing, and controlling supplies and selected equipment for patient care within the hospital.


• Conduct regular inventory checks on all our stocking units on nursing floors, ensuring accurate counts.

• Utilize the automated system to maintain and verify inventory levels.

• Restock the floors at service stations based on the pick list of supplies.

• Prepare, distribute, and control supplies and selected equipment for patient care use in the hospital.

• Process requests for service accurately, promptly, and in a detail oriented manner.

• Leverage data entry skills to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations.

• Manage asset inventory to meet the needs of the hospital and its patients.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the availability of necessary supplies.

• Resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to inventory management. Requirements • Role: Inventory Clerk

• No specific years of experience required

• Proficiency in Data Entry required

• Experience in Asset Inventory necessary

• Must have strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail is a must for this role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in using inventory software is a plus

• Basic mathematical skills are necessary

• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
