Robert Half Accounting Integrations Manager in El Segundo, California


A healthcare organization is searching for a talented Accounting Integrations Manager to join their team. In this Accounting Integrations Manager role, you will perform analysis on accounting processes, month-end close, and general ledger analysis to support the core business segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Over 4 years of accounting and process improvement experience in the healthcare industry.

  • While working with the Controller, will support the organization in transitioning an acquired medical group’s legacy accounting system to the parent company’s GL.

  • Review their PeopleSoft general ledger and analyze reporting metrics in areas such as treasury, fixed assets, and month end close reporting.

  • Present findings to senior leadership on areas of improvement and automation for their accounting system.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, and systems experience with PeopleSoft and Advanced Excel are highly preferred


  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Adeptness in Process Improvement

  • General familiarity with Financial Analytics

  • Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleSoft

  • Practical knowledge of financial reporting

  • Foundational knowledge in depreciation

  • Strong familiarity with fixed assets

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management

  • Lease Accounting experience highly desired

  • Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work across teams and gain consensus of a group of individuals

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • A BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or related field necessary

  • Ability to think critically and interact with management

  • Efficient with process reengineering and optimization
