Description
ROBERT HALF LEGAL is collaborating with a renowned healthcare company in their search for a Contracts Coordinator. This is an exceptional opportunity to join and contribute to a dedicated legal team with a shared determination to tackle and defeat cancer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, managing, and maintaining contractual agreements with our various partners and vendors, while ensuring all are in compliance with company standards and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Review, revise, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies and procedures.
· Liaise with internal staff and external parties to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled effectively.
· Maintain an organized system for tracking, implementing, and managing all contracts.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements.
· Regularly review contracts to identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in contracts administration or related role.
· Must possess exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
· Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
· Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels of management.
· Bachelor's degree.
