Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an OR1 Corporate Operations Contractor. This role involves managing service agreements, customer inventory reports, and subscription renewals to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, Word, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the OR1 Service Agreement Process:
Process service agreements in Guardian.
Manage the service agreements sold at POS.
Ensure service agreements are processed to invoice customers, contributing to revenue generation.
iBase/Customer Inventory Report:
Handle a manual process to enter serial numbers into the CIR once IQC is received.
Ensure serial numbers are uploaded and entered into the CIR so that FWO/Service Tickets can be issued, contributing to revenue generation.
Manage the Subscription Renewals Process:
Send out renewal notifications to customers at 120, 90, 60, 30, and 10 days before the expiration date.
Includes reminder letters.
Renewal quotes.
Proforma invoices.
Ensure renewals, quotes, and proformas are created and sent to customers for renewal payments, contributing to revenue generation.
Requirements
Proficiency in SAP, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing processes.
