Robert Half Intellectual Property Paralegal (In-House) in El Segundo, California
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented fully remote Paralegal with a focus on intellectual property to join our healthcare team based in El Segundo, California. This role involves supporting the IP Director and Patent Agent as well as training our junior paralegal. You will be expected to handle matters related to patents, trademarks, and docketing with flexibility on work schedule.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive support to IP Director and Patent Agent
Patents
Trademarks
Docketing (they use Clarivate but experience with any IP docketing system is good)
Preferred in-house experience so they can help with Ops and Infrastructure recommendations
• Assist in training a junior paralegal
• Manage docketing duties, accurately recording and tracking all IP-related deadlines
20 hours per week
