Job Description:
As a Senior Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing day-to-day client communications, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive solutions that meet client needs and expectations, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Track client progress, provide reports, and make recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client goals and drive business growth.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, working with other departments as needed.
Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and client management systems.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
