Description We are seeking a Controller to join our team in Elgin, Texas. This role is crucial to our operations, providing key information, leadership, and decision-making support in the accounting department. The Controller will handle all accounting needs for our organization, including all financial reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with expertise in accounting functions and ERP solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of the full cycle of accounting duties in NetSuite and other supporting systems.
• Manage system integration as it pertains to NetSuite.
• Manage all aspects of the standard cost system.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of all financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Serve as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Conduct auditing and budget processes.
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to streamline accounting functions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and consensus building.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to credit applications and records.
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with DCAA regulations and requirements
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning concepts
• Ability to implement and optimize ERP Solutions
• Command over various Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
• Expertise in Auditing practices
• Knowledge of Budget Processes and financial planning.
