Description
My client, an international publicly traded service organization located in Elizabeth, is seeking an Auditor. This is a hybrid position. 2 days a week in office.
Responsibilities:
- Builds strong relationships with, interviews and gathers
information from management regarding business risk and system of internal
control.
Identifies, develops and documents control issues.
Reports progress of assigned audit or program work and seeks
input from the Audit Manager and Director.
- Prepares formal written reports or conclusions expressing
opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal control as
needed.
- Monitors ongoing performance of deficient systems or processes
and develops updates or modifications to recommendations and findings.
Oversees work of staff.
Reviews work products for assigned audits.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of Internal or External Audit Experience or equivalent leadership experience. Requires bachelors degree. CPA, CIA or CISA required. Big 4 experience a plus.
