Key liaison with clients on the invoicing front
Prepare/submit invoices with pay applications to customers - includes AIA and T& M invoices
Analyze contracts for billing requirements for proper processing of bills
Manage submittal of conditional and unconditional lien releases
Investigate and resolve billing inquiries
Track/post customer payments
Work closely with Contractors, Project Managers, Project Administrators, and Accounting Staff
Consistently focus on streamlining and process improvement
Multiple-year, high experience in construction Billing
Associates or bachelor’s degree desired but not required
Highly detail oriented, problem-solver, and analytical
Ability to multitask in a high paced environment
Works independently, as well as in a team environment
Strong communicator with a ‘customer service approach’
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Would be a plus:
- RP Systems experience – Vista by Viewpoint
