Insurance Coverage Attorney

The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage matters and represent clients in these specialized disputes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing insurance policies and providing legal advice on coverage issues.

  • Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, legal responses, affidavits, etc.

  • Representing clients in court and negotiation meetings.

  • Performing legal research and preparing case strategies.

    Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Coverage Attorney.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
