HR Services is seeking an Benefits Administrator for a long term contract opportunity in the East Bay! Benefits Administrator duties:
Administer all benefits plans, programs, and procedures including enrollments, changes, and terminations supporting onboarding client screening activities including scheduling and calendar management
Processes and reconcile monthly billings from providers and resolved discrepancies with carriers, third party administrators, and Payroll and act as a liaison between participants and providers to resolve issues
Partner with employees, management and Payroll to accurately track retirement eligibility, billing, and account reconciliation
Administered COBRA, including notifications, collections, billing, and compliance.
Developed, managed, and enhanced benefit-related communications to employees through various channels
Coordinated new employee benefit orientation processes including open enrollment periods to ensure employees gained an understanding of benefit plans, eligibility, and enrollment provisions.
Acted as liaison between participants, insurance providers, and brokers to resolve benefit related issues.
