Currently we are seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Recruiter position based in Emeryville, CA to join our global HR team reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Responsibilities: ● Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts ● Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts ● Develop a recruitment strategy, job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning ● Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization (finance, sales, marketing, R&D;, e-commerce etc.) ● Identify future talent needs and proactive recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements ● Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers ● Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment ● Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data, e.g. competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention ● Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs ● Organize and participate in recruitment related events and activities (on-campus, marketing and conference events) ● Manage and guide the development of company employment resources (keep current on job board activities and liaise with internal teams to represent Avast brand positively ● Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including statistics Requirements: ● Experience with recruitment for different areas in IT company ● Strong boolean and xray search skills send resumes to [email protected]
