This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our diverse customer base and ensure their satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Actively communicate with customers through phone communications.
Utilize bilingual skills in both English and Spanish to effectively assist customers who speak different languages.
Identify and address customer concerns in a proactive manner, striving to find solutions that result in positive outcomes and enhance overall satisfaction.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Solicit and gather feedback from customers to gain insights into their experiences, which can then be utilized to improve our products and services.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
