OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill SEVERAL positions open as an ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with highly recognized companies and businesses we are currently working with located throughout the Lehigh Valley area. DUTIES

Provide a second to none customer experience

Answer and screen incoming customer phone calls and emails

Access customer account information, enter and update information as necessary

Maintain product and service knowledge for problem resolution and customer inquiry purposes

Communicate with coworkers and customers daily via phone and email

Build and develop strong and lasting customer relationships

Handle contract administration and data entry

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years' experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center positions

Candidates that have previously worked Customer Service in Healthcare, Insurance, Retail or Food Service a plus!

Candidate must be able to adapt quickly to changing customer service inquiries and be quick thinking

Must be able to quickly adapt to high call volume situations

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understand that attendance and performance will be a large part of completing the responsibilities in these roles!
