Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-known firm with offices in 5 states. They are seeking an associate attorney for their Newport Beach, Encinitas, and/or San Diego offices!

Responsibilities of Role:

· Duties: depositions, legal research & writing, discovery (shells provided)

· Caseload: 15-ish per attorney (a few more for auto accident team, a few less for construction defect team)

· Billable Hours: 1850 (155/month)

· Pay: Contingent upon relevant litigation experience

Requirements

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience in CA (pay contingent upon years of experience)

• Understanding of depo process (having helped prep, create outlines, etc) if no experience taking or defending

• Desire to take on and own a caseload

• CA bar license
