Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with experience in logistics and shipping for our esteemed client. This position involves serving customers by understanding their logistics and shipping needs, resolving their issues, and providing exceptional support. Fluency in a second language and a strong understanding of basic math are a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries.
Understand and respond to customer shipping needs and problems.
Process and coordinate logistics and shipping orders.
Perform basic math for calculations related to logistics and shipping.
Maintain a high level of service professionalism and product knowledge.
Document customer interactions as required.
Efficiently manage customer issues and requests.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in logistics and shipping.
Bilingual proficiency is required.
Solid understanding of basic math.
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Excellent data entry and typing skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
