Description
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and efficient Healthcare Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional client service as they manage diverse administrative duties in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients on arrival, sign them in, and obtain necessary information.
Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, providing information or directing the call as appropriate.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical procedures.
Keep patient records updated with information about appointments, billing, and treatments.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and reduced waiting time.
Assist in general administrative tasks such as document scanning, faxing, and data entry
Requirements
Medical office front desk or receptionist experience is preferred.
Proficient in standard office software such as Microsoft Office and patient management software.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented nature and ability to multitask.
Relevant training or qualification is a bonus.
