Title: Business Analyst
Department: Digital Product Team
Reports to: Director, Digital Product
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Product team, focusing on website and ecommerce. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with development teams to enhance web/app features, and analyzing data to drive growth and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for web/app feature development.
Write user stories and work closely with engineering teams through the development process.
Analyze website and ecommerce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Define and track KPIs for website and ecommerce channels.
Create reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
Provide optimization recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize website projects.
Stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
Proficiency in Jira.
Experience working with ecommerce websites and front-end guest experiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
