Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager in Encino, California, 91436, United States. The primary focus of this role is to oversee and manage all e-commerce related activities in the retail industry. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all e-commerce activities across various online platforms like Walmart and Instacart.

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve customer experience.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of product listings and promotions across various e-commerce platforms.

• Utilize analytical skills to develop insights and business strategies.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of e-commerce marketing strategies.

• Manage relationships with external e-commerce partners and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the content management team to ensure the website is up to date.

• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.

• Apply knowledge of e-commerce best practices to drive the success of the online sales goals. Requirements • Proficiency in Backend Development

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Knowledge of eBay operations and e-commerce strategies

• Ability to utilize Facebook Insights for marketing and sales analysis

• Experience in AB Testing for optimizing user experience

• Capable of creating and managing online Advertisements

• Strong skills in Analytics for market and campaign assessment

• Understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and implementation

• Experience in Campaign Planning and execution

• Knowledge of Big Box Retail operations

• Expertise in e-commerce platforms and techniques
