Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support for business planning and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for developing Power BI reporting and dashboards, analyzing financial and operational data, updating pricing models, and assisting with ad-hoc data requests for business planning and board meetings.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop Power BI reporting and dashboards for all departments based on financial and operational data.

• Analyze financial and operational data, create models, dashboards, and reporting for decision support.

• Provide analytical support for business planning and development of short and long-range financial and business plans.

• Update pricing models to support pricing decisions.

• Provide data and analysis for the CFO and business leaders to drive key business initiatives and analyze/report the financial impact on the business.

• Assist with ad-hoc data requests for business planning and board meetings.

• Develop, monitor, and drive deeper understanding of KPIs across the company.

• Generate and analyze price performance reports and engagement planning models to ensure optimal effectiveness of resources and execution of pricing strategy.

• Other special projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, analytics, technology, economics, finance, or related field.

• Proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and index/match.

• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is preferred.

• Business partnering mindset with a lifetime learner mentality.

• Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and communicate effectively.

• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Dynamics F& O or other ERP systems is a strong plus.

• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP.
