Job Description:

Join their dynamic Global Operations Team as a Supply Chain Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a remarkable customer service experience for their clients. As a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual, you will be working closely with customers, sales representatives, and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of samples, including ordering, labeling, and maintaining database records.

  • Process sample requests from customers and sales representatives with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the Supply-Chain department on special projects and daily tasks.

  • Place orders for materials required for sample packaging and shipping.

  • Execute end-to-end steps for purchase order management in our inventory software.

  • Run sales reports to identify materials needing to be ordered from factory partners.

  • Ensure stock product levels meet minimum order quantities (MOQs) to prevent shortages.

  • Confirm delivery dates and track orders to ensure timely arrival for customers.

  • Process inbound receipts from factory partners with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Conduct regular physical counts and monthly cycle counts of inventory at our USA warehouse.

  • Inspect strategic customer shipments to verify accuracy.

    Requirements

Skills/Attributes/Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, purchasing, supply planning, warehouse, shipping, or logistics preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • BS in Supply Chain or Business preferred.

  • Continuous improvement or Six Sigma Certification preferred.
