Robert Half Accounts Receivable Clerk in Englewood, Colorado
Description
Interested in growing with a thriving company as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional? The Accounts Receivable Clerk role is a permanent position in the Englewood, Colorado area. To succeed in this role, you will need to enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging reports, place billing and collection calls and maintain cash receipts journal.
Key responsibilities
Contact clients to settle payment issues and establish payment plans as required
Verify documents and codes
Process payments and compiling segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP
Reconcile bank accounts, recording and balancing financial information in a variety of ledgers
Requirements
Current and relevant ERP system experience
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Solid understanding of Credit Card Deposits
Proficiency in cash applications
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
