The Compensation Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing pay for performance, marketing pricing, administering non-cash awards with STRONG attention to detail and solid planning. Requirements

Requirements For This Position:

2+ years of experience

Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of related experience and/or training

Understanding of HR practices

Experience working in a larger established company is a PLUS!
