Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter/Sourcer specializing in sourcing and recruiting exceptional candidates for administrative and accounting positions. The successful candidate should be adept at using strategies such as direct sourcing, industry networking, and social media to identify and recruit the best talent. Proficiency in Salesforce as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is a prerequisite for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies for administrative and accounting talent.
Screen and shortlist potential candidates through preliminary interviews.
Use Salesforce CRM to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and guide the recruitment process.
Utilize CRM data to report on and analyze recruitment trends and results.
Conduct professional networking via social media channels, job boards, and professional associations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on administrative and accounting roles.
Proficiency with Salesforce as a CRM platform is vital.
Strong adeptness in using social media, job boards, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
