Robert Half Finance & Accounting is partnering with a growing technology company in Englewood, CO to add an experienced Director of Corporate Accounting to their team. This is a great opportunity for a Director of Corporate Accounting to join a growing company with great benefits, competitive compensation and a hybrid work schedule! The Director of Corporate Accounting is responsible for:
Leading the GL accounting function for one of the companies divisions
Global ERP implementation
Oversight of the entire month end close and operational processes
Review financial statements for accuracy
Ensure records are compliant with company policies and GAAP
Coordinate internal and external audits
Ensure company is within SEC reporting requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting
15+ years of progressive accounting experience for a multi-national company
10+ years of management experience
Concrete knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
