Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a team of professionals.

Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design materials that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team, product developers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality designs for various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop and produce a wide range of design materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, email templates, website elements, and packaging.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project objectives.

  • Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and design solutions that meet the needs of the business and appeal to the target audience.

  • Revision and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.

  • Asset Management: Maintain organized files and assets for easy retrieval and collaboration.

  • Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Implement new techniques and innovations to enhance design quality and efficiency.

    Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience in a corporate setting is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your creative process.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
