This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Key responsibilities

  • Directing interviews

  • Optimizing digital recruiting resources

  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Producing internal recommendations

  • Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Aiding with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Directing various administrative duties Requirements - Conduct Interviews experience preferred

  • Well-founded grasp of iCIMS

  • HealthCare Industry experience required

  • Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Proficiency in Source Candidates

  • LinkedIn experience

  • Proven knowledge of Hiring Processes

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

    • If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
