We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an individual to take on the role of a Sr. Customer Service Representative in our team located in Enon, Ohio. This role entails coordinating with various departments, troubleshooting issues, and managing vendor relationships within our industry. For immediate consideration, call 937.224.8326.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.

• Gather, package, and send information about items that need to be brought into the store.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

• Handle requests for information changes and ensure they are accurately sent to the next department.

• Troubleshoot issues related to selling, obtaining different items, and other customer service-related concerns.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform functions such as vlookups, pivot tables, and formatting.

• Conduct data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and detail.

• Communicate effectively with various levels of internal people, up to the VP level.

• Use critical thinking skills to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing directions on a daily basis.

• Perform research tasks as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Prior experience in a Customer Service role is essential

• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Strong research skills are needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Must have a customer-centric approach

• Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations

• Knowledge of customer service software is a plus

• Must have good organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Must have a high level of patience and empathy

• Experience in report generation and analysis is desirable

• Must be able to handle confidential information responsibly.
