How you will make an impact
Maintain office facilities
Submit data in various forms into electronic systems
Direct calls appropriately
File, copy and faxing for multiple departments Requirements - Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Automated Test experience desired
Administrative Assistance experience
Identity Verification experience
Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
Finish tasks independently
1+ years of experience
