Robert Half Payroll Coordinator in Eugene, Oregon


Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is looking for an efficient, reliable Payroll Coordinator to become part of a team at a well-established and growing company in the media industry. In this Payroll Coordinator role, your duties will include supporting a payroll department of three team members. This includes processing multi-state, multi-entity payroll for 1,400+ employees using ADP Workforce Now HRIS system. Along with reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should have the capability to effectively communicate with both the internal team and outside customers. Based in the Eugene, Oregon area, this position would be needed on a full-time permanent basis. No remote option.


• Processing of payroll for over 500 employees

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to facilitate payroll processes

• Handle multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with each state's regulations

• Regularly update and maintain payroll records

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries promptly

• Collaborate with the HR team and finance department to ensure correct payroll calculations

• Process biweekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time

• Keep abreast of changes in the industry and state regulations related to payroll

• Manage payroll reports for record-keeping and audits.
