Description A premier legal department is seeking an ambitious and talented Contract Administrator who wants to expand their legal career. Your responsibilities

• Run reports from the contracts database as needed

• Implement company contract execution policy and procedures

• Negotiate terms of agreements for contracts

• Field both internal and external requests for status of contracts

• Conduct contract execution processes

• Review contracts to ensure completeness

• Guide the full life cycle of company contracts, from first request to final signature and contract distribution

• Facilitate and track the approval and execution process

• Entry of contract details into company database

• Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

• Manage and organize contracts database Requirements - Eagerness to learn new concepts

• Contract administration experience desired

• Demonstrated knowledge of Leadership Skills

• Practical knowledge of Liaison

• Foundational knowledge in Legal Issues

• General familiarity with negotiation

• Background working with Stakeholders

• Good understanding of suppliers

• Solid understanding of documentation

• Answering Inbound Calls experience

• Adeptness in contracts

• Expertise in reporting

• Briefs experience highly desired

• Company Policy experience highly valued

• Deep understanding of Cargo

• Prior experience with Enhancement

• Hands-on experience with Prepare Reports

• Comprehension of Streamlining

• Planning Processes experience highly desired

• Foundational knowledge in compliance

• Knowledge of Business Objective

• Business Partners experience preferred

• Earlier work involving Execute

• Metric Reporting experience highly preferred

• Previous experience working with Resolve Issues

• Experience with Supply Chain Logistics

• Relevant experience in the specific field or related area

• Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Heightened organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines

• Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of diverse computer applications
