Description
A regional law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to add to their current team in Snohomish & Skagit County.
The salary range for the role is 90-160k DOE, plus additional bonus earnings, profit sharing, full medical, dental, vision and life insurance, unlimited PTO and paid holidays. This position can be worked with 1-3 days at home, depending on the needs of cases.
The role will handle cases from intake through resolution of dissolution, custody agreements, child support and other needs for family law cases. Attorneys work directly with clients throughout their case, in addition to having paralegal and legal assistant support.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
1+ years of experience as a licensed attorney handling family law as the majority of cases
Experience in Snohomish, King, and Skagit county family law court procedures
Prior cases of dissolution, custody disputes and child support arrangements.
Strong sense of empathy and compassion while maintaining professional working dynamics
Strong legal writing
Juris doctor with strong academic credentials
Active Washington bar license
