Key responsibilities
Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Requirements
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
1+ years of experience
Proven knowledge of email
Foundational knowledge in filing
Distribute Reports experience highly desired
Knowledge of Part-Time Receptionist
Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience
Administrative Assistance experience
General familiarity with Fast Paced Call Center
Well-founded grasp of customer service
