Your responsibilities in this role

  • Managing various administrative duties

  • Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Guiding internal recommendations

  • Directing interviews

  • Applying digital recruiting resources

  • Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Aiding with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

  • Solid understanding of Rewriting Job Descriptions

  • Indeed experience

  • LinkedIn experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Adeptness in Ceridian

  • Deep understanding of interviewing

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • If you are highly detail oriented, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate

    • In this position, you will absolutely need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
