Become a vital part in the company's success while handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks while providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.   • Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials

  • Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities

  • Research the internet to discover potential customers

  • Service employee database records Requirements - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment

  • Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • HR related experience desired

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Microsoft SharePoint experience

  • Data Management experience highly desired

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

  • Foundational knowledge in Unemployment Claim

  • New full-time Orientations experience preferred

  • Adeptness in Human Resources (HR) Administration

  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
