Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will be overseeing and managing the lifecycle and operational aspects of various projects, working autonomously on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments. You will liaise between project management and planning team and line management, providing support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Work to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on work area without constant supervision

• Establish and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule

• Review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports and analyses such as critical path and variance analysis

• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives

• Regularly interact and interface with customers

• Utilize skills such as Customer Service, Planning, Budget Processes, Quality, Project Management, Supervising, Workstation Support, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction, Variance Analysis, Liaises, Status Reports, Interfaces, IMS DB, Critical Path, Integrated Master Schedule, and QA Management in performing duties. Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Manager or Senior Consultant role

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction

• Demonstrable ability in Planning and Supervising projects

• Proven experience in Budget Processes and Variance Analysis

• Knowledge of Quality and Project Management principles

• Ability to provide Workstation Support and enhance Productivity

• Proficiency in creating and presenting Status Reports

• Experience in liaising with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with Interfaces and IMS DB

• Understanding of Critical Path and Integrated Master Schedule

• Proficiency in QA Management

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
