Description Fill all open hourly and salaried roles at assigned location by attracting and recruiting top talent. Post open roles, review resumes, screen, assess and interview candidates Coordinate interviews with candidates and operations leadership. Create an organic pipeline of great candidates from the area through creative approaches. Create a strong relationship that allows for high level calibration regarding business needs. Ensure all applications are read, strong candidates phone screened and scheduled for first round in-person interviews within 24 hours of receiving the application. Ensure background checks and drug tests are completed immediately following the offer and any pending checks are reviewed daily Complete onboarding for each candidate immediately after offering the role Collaborate with Operations and Training on executing Meet and Greets, New permanent Orientations and First Day experiences Deliver excellent candidate experience at every stage of the candidate journey Conduct interview training sessions for supervisors and other operations leadership personnel Requirements Preferred Experience: 1-3 years: Full-Cycle Recruiting Competitive, self-starters who are goal-oriented and results driven efficient individuals who are adaptable and enjoy fast-paced environments Dynamic professionals with strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to work with our clients and prospects Individuals with strong emotional intelligence and intuition to make quick business decisions Previous sales or client facing work experience is preferred
