We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. This role involves meticulous financial record keeping and account reconciliation, primarily for a startup environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, and maintaining adherence to financial procedures and policies. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the company's inventory and associated records.

• Ensuring timely and precise tracking of all physical inventory.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for record keeping and report generation.

• Ensuring all transactions are recorded and classified correctly in compliance with financial procedures and policies.

• Reconciling accounts between systems which are actively being integrated.

• Performing cash flow analysis and accounting functions.

• Managing and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Ensuring all asset inventory is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or a similar position.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions is a must.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis is essential.

• Experience in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Familiarity with Asset Inventory is a must.

• Applicant must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

• Applicant must have a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
