Robert Half Quality Assurance Tester in Exton, Pennsylvania
Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Quality Assurance Tester in Exton, Pennsylvania. This opportunity is in the telecom industry, where you will be tasked with manual QA testing, test suite building, UI/UX recommendation, and basic BA work centered around UX workflow.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct manual QA testing to ensure product quality.
• Develop and manage test suites using tools like Zephyr Scale with JIRA.
• Provide UI/UX recommendations to enhance user experience.
• Conduct basic Business Analysis work focused on UX workflow.
• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Database, EO/IR systems, HP Quality Center, AB Testing, Defect Management, Integration, Java, and QA Management.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product vision and requirements.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs to resolution.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality. Requirements • Proficient in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Demonstrated experience in Bug Tracking to ensure software quality control
• Familiarity with Database management and operations
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems and their applications
• Proficiency in using HP Quality Center for test management
• Experience in AB Testing to compare versions of a product
• Skilled in Defect Management to identify and rectify errors in the software
• Strong understanding of Integration techniques in software development
• Proficiency in Java programming language
